Archiving and Digital Preservation

UMRAN - Journal of Islamic and Civilizational Studies is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, integrity, and continued accessibility of its published scholarly content.

Digital preservation and secure archiving of UMRAN publications are supported by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia’s Department of Digital Services (UTM Digital), which provides systematic data backup and storage on secure physical servers.

In addition, UMRAN is archived in MySitasi, Malaysia’s national journal indexing and archiving system administered by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE). This national-level archival arrangement further ensures the durability, visibility, and sustained accessibility of the journal’s scholarly record.
